What I Do

As a therapist trained in experiential, emotional  and relational methods with a theoretical perspecitve in attachment theory, I help people heal and find strength in the context of their inner experiences and their relationships. 

My approach helps you to expand your perspective and grow during challenging times. By getting in touch with inner blocks that keep us stuck, we become more attuned with the significance of our perceptions, anxieties and behaviors (as well as their effects on others). We also become better able to gain insight into the forces that prevent us from experiencing joy and satisfaction within ourselves and with our loved ones.
