Difficult relationships, unhealthy family dynamics, sickness or loss, and emotional uncertainty can all make life a minefield of instability and chronic distress. Having the experience and clarity to manage every situation with self-assurance and ease is virtually impossible. I provide safe exploration and professional guidance so you can: 1. gain deeper insight into your cognitive and emotional landscape, 2. better balance your inner experiences with your responses to others and 3. safely explore and heal uncomfortable emotional wounds that may be affecting you today. The therapy process allows you to expand your perspective as well as your outlook so you can experience more stability in your everyday life.

A weekly (or biweekly) 55 or 70 minute sessions are available depending on individual or family needs.Couples Treatment Options:
A weekly (or biweekly) 55 or 70 minutes session: With guided expertise, a couple can work through their negative relationship dynamics that keep them from feeling emotionally and physically connected. Couples experience greater trust and intimacy as they join together to defeat the obstacles that keep them stuck in these challenging inter-relational patterns. With an open mind and a willingness to create closeness, couples can shift to a healthier way of relating that significantly improves their relationship satisfaction and intimacy.
A couple's intensive: A similar approach as above but in a condensed format. Designed for those couples who want a more accelerated experience.
Support Groups:
Divorce support Group for Woman
Every Wednesday at 10am - 11am
$80 per session
Divorce is one of the most difficult experiences a person can go through. For this reason I offer an intimate group environment intended to provide safe emotional exploration with others going through similar circumstances. Participation can help you feel supported and understood so you can be stronger and better equipped to be there for loved ones effected by the break up. Call me for more information. Relationship Support Group
Every Wednesday at 11:15am - 12:15pm
$80 per session
Relationships can be tricky and having the support of an intimate group can help to work through some inner conflicts as it relates to our loved ones. This group provides safe exploration to relationship difficulties and allows for an enhanced perspective in resolving conflicts. Call me for more information. Parenting Group - Enhancing Positive Connections
Every Wednesday at 12:30pm - 1:30pm
$80 per session
This group is designed to enhance your parenting experience with your children. Stronger connections increase our ability to influence our loved ones and make it easier to parent. An intimate group environment helps to explore difficulties, share experiences, and feel supported. Call me for more information.
